Service provided by Karma service solution is secure , trustful and specific but we know not is perfect since we want to make our platform safer and secure day by day for that purpose we want to understand our customer that's why we have some criteria to fulfill by our customer for using our platform which are as mention below

1. please update your user information and identity proof which is mentioned in your profile section this will help us to distinguish between threat users or fake profile in our platform
2. whenever you post any flash or services related advertisement please mention exact work detail take some photograph from camera or screenshot from Google as per as your requirement .
3. whenever you select a user as your service provider assign or award through our platform so that in case of any conflict you must have proved that the service is done by that particular person
4. whenever you complete your service please mark as completed and read that user which will help in career growth of that service provider
5. before posting anything please read IT act 2000 and your post must not violate IT act 2000 any post which is unlawful activity is not get access to our platform and also that user will be responsible for any violation and action taken against him or her.
6. the platform has right to remove crosscheck alter or raise any objection on advertisement or flash posted by any user in Karma service solution platform (website or Android application) and no user is entertained for any lawful activity
7. the platform has right to block delete or take any strict action against any user who found misleading fraud or scamming on our platform.
8. every user has right to report any user who found to be involved in inappropriate service method and can call enquiry according to him or her but platform will not provide any access to our platform private data until it is highly required also we have right to ask for any legal method to provide that access.
9. user must accept all above mention terms and condition before entering to our platform if any criteria not followed by the user than this is all your responsibility platform will not take any responsibility for any fraud or scam that can be happen with you.
10. user must check before check profile of service provider and verify by identity proof ( Aadhar Card passport driving license) if service provider is different from the assigned or awarded person then please report the person take photograph of documents and user picture and send to our help line email ID.

Payment method

This platform don't take any service charge but we have to take minimum amount so that the platform is not misused platform will take only one rupee plus including taxes and transaction charges from the both party who posted anything on our platform and who show interested as service provider in our platform.

For trial 5 post is given as complementary afterwards you have to recharge your application wallet after complementary post or flash or advertisement or bidding you have to recharge your wallet for further services from which 5 rupees including transaction charges and taxes has been deduced by user wallet and then one rupee will be deduced each time as per your post and bidding

Karma service solution has fully right to change or add any new service or service charges in which they are platform with informing or without informing the user

Since this price is fixed and Karma service solution has right to remove reduce or change the posting and beating cost in future with or without informing the user
